Here’s what to expect at each stage — plus some handy tips to help you prepare and
get the best results.

Section: uPVC Windows & Doors
Preparation & Masking
What we do:
- Remove opening sashes and door furniture
- Clean and lightly sand (key) surfaces for maximum paint adhesion
- Mask glass, walls, brickwork, and surroundings to prevent overspray
- Remove old silicone or install new trims where needed

How you can help:
- Clear plant pots, garden furniture, or bins near windows and doors
- Leave driveway or front access clear for our team and equipment
- Close all windows before we arrive to avoid dust entering your home
Spraying, Drying & Re-fitting

What we do:
- Apply three coats of specialist 2K paint (frames, then sashes)
- Carefully re-fit sashes and any door furniture
- Apply colour-matched sealant where required

What to expect:
- Spraying and re-fitting can take a few hours per elevation
- Windows/doors will be usable within 1–2 hours
- Final curing continues over the next few days

Aftercare & Cleaning
Tips for long-lasting results:
- Avoid cleaning for at least 7 days
- Do not use solvents or bleach-based products – mild soapy water is perfect
- Frames can be cleaned by pure water window systems
- Coating lifespan: 12–15 years with proper care

Section: Doors & Garage Doors
Preparation & Masking
What we do:
- Remove all door furniture and mask off surrounding areas
- Build a protective booth to prevent overspray into the property
How you can help:
- Keep driveway or garage area clear of vehicles or stored items
- If it's a garage door, relocate anything stored near the inside edge

Spraying, Drying & Re-fitting
What we do:
- Apply three coats of paint for a smooth, even finish
- Re-fit furniture after quality checks
What to expect:
- Total process: 2–3 hours
- Leave door slightly ajar for 1 hour after spraying

Aftercare & Cleaning
Tips for long-lasting results:
- Avoid harsh cleaners and pressure washing
- Allow 7 days to cure before any cleaning
- Lifespan: 12–15 years when regularly maintained

Section: Kitchens & Cabinetry
Preparation & Masking
What we do:
- Remove doors, drawers, and any additional components like shelves or cornices
- Mask entire kitchen area including floors, walls, and interiors
- Degrease, fill, and sand all surfaces as needed
- Apply 1–2 coats of primer and fully seal the room where possible

How you can help:
- Clear all worktops and remove small appliances
- Take out anything you’ll need for the next few days
- Expect the masking phase to take a full day

Spraying, Drying & Re-fitting
What we do:
- Sand surfaces, prime and apply two topcoats
- Spray carcasses on-site; spray doors in our workshop
- Wrap and return cured doors for re-fitting with new or original handles
- Apply fresh silicone as needed

What to expect:
- Each coat dries in 15–30 minutes
- Total turnaround: 4–10 days depending on kitchen size
- Some dust is generated; we minimise with containment methods

Aftercare & Cleaning
Tips for long-lasting results:
- Avoid bleach and strong cleaners
- Wait 7 days before cleaning
- Wipe any grease/oil early during the first week
- Lifespan: 5–8 years, with future re-coating options
